FEVER CADETS – SPRING 2009
The Fever Cadets is an 8 week recreational program (training and games) for kids from the ages of 2 all the way through high school. The cost is only $55 and includes a t-shirt!
By offering this program at the Dome there is no need to worry about the cold, windy, rainy days in the spring. There is no need to worry about kids being muddy and cold. All practices and games will be held inside the Dome on its state of the art turf field (we may choose to go outside on warm, dry days).
Practice Schedule:
Monday’s: 5:30 – 6:15 > 2-4 year olds (this age group trains 1 day per week; this provides a great introduction to the game and parents are welcome to join in the fun!) 6:15 – 7:15 > U6 teams (4v4) (these teams will train as groups).
Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s: (the coach can pick the day that works best for his/her team)
5:30 – 6:30 > U8 teams 6:30 – 7:30 > U10 teams 7:30 – 8:30 > U12 teams 8:30 – 9:30 – High School teams
Thursday’s (Optional Training)
5:30 – 6:30 > FREE kick around for all 2-12 year olds! 6:30 – 7:30 > Coaching Clinics: Fever coaches will offer training for all Fever Cadet volunteer coaches. 7:30 – 8:30 > FREE kick around for all HS age players!
Games:
All games will be held on Saturday’s between 8:00 and 4:00 or Sunday’s between 12:00 and 6:00.
Play Dates:
April 18th, April 25th, May 2nd, May 10th, May 17th, May 23rd, May 31st, June 7th
Registration: (register as an individual or a team; individual registrants will be placed on a team)

Simply volunteer; we will provide each coach with coaching tips and exercises.
Other:
1 > No scores or records will be kept in keeping with the recreational environment we’re looking to provide. 2> the final week we will come together for a great jamboree! 3 > Everyone will receive a FREE ticket to a Fort Wayne Fever PDL or W-LEAGUE game as well as a ticket for a FREE round of mini-golf at the Dome.
