The Fever International is a community-based initiative that assists promising inner-city soccer athletes in their pursuit of a better tomorrow. We currently serve more than 200 boys and girls under the direction of the Fever Academy, a 501(c) 3 non-profit soccer organization. Through age-appropriate year round soccer and activities, the Fever Internationals offers the participants an opportunity to reach their full potential.
The primary focus sport, soccer, is a vehicle to engage and inspire student athletes to achieve both athletic and academic excellence. The Fever Internationals is committed to the teaching of fundamentals and principles of the game of soccer by stressing commitment to teamwork and sportsmanship. The student athletes’ participation depends largely upon their respect for others, their character and their level of commitment. We have knowledgeable staff of coaches and educators who is committed to providing the support and instruction necessary to develop the student athletes into successful young men and women. We have formed a program that the players, their families and our community can be proud of.
